The IT Intern provides KB DirectConnect support functioning as the key contact for clients and staff. In addition, the position assists the Desktop Support Technician and IS Manager with software and hardware support. Performance is evaluated based on quality and accuracy of work. External and internal client service and the ability to successfully interact, communicate with, and respond to client needs and requests are the primary functions of this position.
The Intern will assist in the administration, training and troubleshooting of various software programs.
